Supply of goods & services
On receipt of payment of a purchase order, we will endeavor to supply you with the goods and services ordered. We are not liable to you for any orders we are unable to fulfill or decline to fulfill, and are not liable or be in breach of contract by reason of any delay in performing or failure to perform any obligations in relation to supply of products ordered by you, provided that the delay or failure was due to any cause beyond our reasonable control.

We collect personal information about you, such as your full name, the recipients full name, email address, delivery address, contact phone numbers and credit card numbers in order to provide you with a product or service as requested by you.
We may use demographic, product interest and product purchase information to assist us to improve our site design, product offerings and customer services.
Unless required by law to do so, we do not disclose any of your personal information to any third parties with the exception of Direct Payment Solutions (“DPS”) who we use as our secure payment service provider. DPS use encryption and other security technologies to protect sensitive information such as your credit card details.
If you may wish to send goods to another person, we do not disclose the sender information about you unless you specifically request us to.
When you place an order with The Linen Boutique, we ask that you provide your credit card number, the expiry date of the card and the name on the card to enable us to complete you order.

Currency & Taxes
All prices quoted on this website are in New Zealand dollars (NZ$) and are inclusive of New Zealand sales tax (GST). GST does not apply to supplies of Goods and Services to destinations outside of New Zealand. You are responsible for any customs or import duties and taxes that may be levied in the destination country.
Delivery
We will endeavor to deliver goods within the specified time frames, but such times are estimates only and may be subject to change. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage (direct or indirect) for delivery at any other time than the estimated delivery date. Late delivery does not entitle you to cancel your order.
Delivery is deemed to have been made once goods arrive at the delivery address you specified when placing your order. Delivery may be by installments.
Returns & Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges within 10 days of receipt, provided the items returned are in the original condition, unused and in the original packaging with original tags still attached. We offer an exchange or refund; whichever you prefer.
In-stock items will be sent as soon as returned merchandise has been received and the order processed.
The cost of delivery for returns is at your cost and for you to arrange, except when an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In this instance, we will pay all postage costs.
Original postage costs for non-faulty and non-damaged goods is not refundable.

We have endeavored to ensure that the colours of our products are displayed as accurately as possible on this site. Colours that you see are therefore indicative only of the actual colour of the products displayed.
