Choose from 2 convenient Click & Collect options; Same Day* or choose a day that suits in the next 5 days.
Step 1
Select the product you want to buy and choose Click & Collect when you get to the online checkout.
Step 2
Let us know your preferred collection day and time, and complete your order with no additional charges applied.
Step 3
We’ll expect to see you on the nominated day and time, but if we get your order ready earlier we’ll email and let you know.
Step 4
Grab your ID and order confirmation email, head into our store and we will be there with your order ready and waiting.
What else do I need to know?
- Same Day Click & Collect orders must be placed before 1pm. We will let you know by email when your order is ready to collect.
- Some items may take slightly longer to get ready for you due to size, or storage location. If there is a delay with your order, we will contact you by email or on the phone number you provide at Checkout.
- Please take a personal ID and ideally a copy of your Click & Collect order confirmation email with you to our store. You can show us your email confirmation on a smartphone if you prefer.
- Click & Collect is currently available at LINEN BOUTIQUE during store opening hours and is not available for all products.
- Please check your emails after placing an order for Click & Collect. We will firstly confirm your order and then soon after you will receive a Click & Collect notification that your order is ready to be picked up.
