DELIVERIES OF LINENS. Deliveries are couriered or sent parcel post New Zealand wide, including P.O. Boxes and rural delivery. We aim to deliver your order as promptly as possible, but please allow 2 – 7 working days from receipt of payment. Rural deliveries can take 2-3 days longer depending on the remoteness of the address.
We welcome orders from Australia. You can choose your freight location as you go through checkout. All orders are sent overseas via NZ Post’s International Air Service which takes approximately 3-10 working days for Australian delivery (though this varies).
Out of Stock Items
It is possible due to continuously changing stock levels that an item you purchase on this site may be out of stock. High demand may mean that a product sells out before we can update our site. If this occurs, we will contact you with the expected delivery date. And if an item has sold out, you will be fully refunded.
All deliveries are made during week days, Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays). For courier deliveries, we use track and trace which sometimes requires a signature on delivery. Please supply a delivery address where you are likely to be when the courier calls like where you work.
If you are not present when the courier calls, a card will be left to let you know that your parcel will be redelivered the next day, or it will give you the following options: a) to have the item redirected to the local PostShop or nearest courier depot for you to collect; b) to have the item redelivered to an alternative address. For P.O. Box deliveries, you will be asked to sign for your parcel when you pick it up.
Should your products arrive damaged or are lost in transit, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will replace the items if they are still available, or issue a full refund including delivery charges.
