Return the items to The Linen Boutique within 10 days of the delivery date in perfect condition, unused and in the original packaging with original tags still attached. Returned items received after this date will not entitle you to a refund.
Please carefully pack the items and complete the returns/exchanges form you received with your order, and tick the exchange or refund box. If you choose an exchange, please list the item(s) including product name, colour and size in the space provided. Enclose your invoice and returns/exchanges form along with your items and send to the address below:

In-stock items will be sent as soon as returned items have been received in satisfactory original condition (see above) and the order processed. Please allow 3 weeks from the date you return your package for you account to be credited. If items are no longer available, you will be fully refunded.
The cost of delivery for returns your cost and for you to arrange, except when an item is faulty or has been damaged in transit. In this instance only, we will pay all postage costs.
When returning goods, we recommend you obtain proof of shipping and send via insured mail or by track and trace courier with a major courier services provider, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned parcels lost or damaged in transit.
On receipt of the parcel, we will credit you in the method you originally paid.
